Spinal Energetics & Breathwork

A session in which we combine Spinal Energetics and Conscious Breathing to support a deep inner journey in a vibrant natural environment. The body is invited to release tensions, reorganize energy patterns and access its innate wisdom through somatic and breathing practices. Held in a beautiful eco-camping space, surrounded by trees and close to the ocean. Led by two experienced facilitators, both certified in Spinal Energetics Level 2 - Ana and Mati.

Ana has been a doctor for 18 years and is deeply fascinated by the complexity and beauty of the human being. Throughout her career, she has explored and practiced various tools that support personal and professional growth. She currently works with complementary modalities, offering a more holistic approach to health. Her work is tailored to each individual, integrating Coaching, NLP, Hypnotherapy, Breathwork and Spinal Energetics to promote deep well-being.

Mati is a Vocal Coach, Spinal Energetics, Breathwork and Biofield Tuning facilitator. He comes from Amsterdam and brings with him a sensitive presence and a deeply rooted energy. Throughout his career, he has explored vibrational and somatic practices that invite the body to release blockages and reconnect with its inner wisdom. Her work integrates multiple complementary approaches, creating a safe space for transformation and expansion.

This is a rare opportunity to experience the fusion of our energies, providing a unique experience where each person can benefit from the collective energy, while being supported on an individual level by us. A space of deep listening, presence and connection.

Conscious Breathing for Nervous System Regulation

A guided session of conscious breathing, specially designed to help regulate the nervous system and promote emotional balance. Through intentional breathing techniques, we will create a space for relaxation, liberation and greater self-awareness.

This practice is accessible to everyone, whether it's to reduce stress, improve focus or simply reconnect with yourself in a safe and welcoming environment.
