Spinal energetics

A technique that fuses Eastern and Western knowledge.

To help regulate the nervous system, releasing muscle tension and letting go of memories that don't serve the body.

It uses the person's own energy and activates the body's innate wisdom. The same wisdom that makes the heart beat and wounds heal. The mind rests and the body breathes and moves as it needs and wants to. At each person's own pace. No rushing, no forcing. The body only goes where it wants to go.

Coaching helps the mind to open up paths, spinal energetics helps the body to free itself.

Breathwork

Breathing practices to focus on the present moment and get back to navigating everyday moments safely and comfortably.

These practices are used in Spinal Energetics and Coaching sessions, but can also be learned and trained as a stand-alone tool.

Learning to regulate even when the external challenges are many.

A kind of superpower to keep us centered and moving forward on our individual path.

Taken further, they help to find past emotions and difficult moments. Bringing them to the surface and giving new light to the darkness.
