It's a wonderful technique that combines Eastern and Western knowledge. At Spinal Energetics, we don't do anything to the person. We collaborate with those who come to us to help them connect more with their own innate wisdom. The same wisdom that makes the heart beat or wounds heal. To regulate the nervous system and release muscle tension. To allow you to let go of what doesn't need to stay. Rebalancing, in the way that is necessary for each person at any given time. It's a dynamic process that happens as a result of a harmonious dance between energies. Knowing that the body only goes as far as it is safe to go. Trusting the timing of the system itself.
